By downloading, installing, or using PocketWorship ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PocketWorship is a worship presentation application that allows users to create, manage, and display song lyrics, scriptures, and other content for worship services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person or organization

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

The free tier provides basic functionality including unlimited songs, scripture display, and AirPlay output.

Premium Subscription

• Premium is billed monthly ($9.99) or annually ($99.99)
• Payment is processed through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Content and Copyright

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in PocketWorship. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Song Lyrics and Copyright

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper licensing to display copyrighted song lyrics. We recommend obtaining a CCLI (Christian Copyright Licensing International) license or equivalent for your church or organization.

PocketWorship does not provide licenses for copyrighted content. We provide tools to help you track CCLI numbers, but compliance with copyright law is your responsibility.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Upload malicious content or code
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Violate any intellectual property rights

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State].
